• Collect and analyze student and school-wide data of over 1400 students to guide the design and implementation of the Bridge to Success Overage Program services and community partnerships, which resulted in the tripling of the district’s overage student graduation rate during the 2013-2014 school year.
• Organize, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of general operations and functioning of our 13 school sites • Participate in school-level and program-wide planning to ensure the proper development and implementation of all school programs and activities.
• Supervise instructional programs, evaluate lesson plans, conduct classroom observations, and coach administrators and Teachers to promote the use of dynamic instructional strategies to meet the needs of our overage student population.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel (e.g. school administrators, district officials, public agencies, and community members) to implement and maintain cohesive support services, academic programs, and community partnerships.
