This essay illustrates my thinking around the original goal statement that I wrote prior to entering the Michigan State Masters of Arts program. It provides a brief snapshot into what I was thinking before beginning my coursework, and in result of completing the program, how my thinking and goals have become more expansive and provocative in nature to meet the challenges of educating in an urban community.
This essay explains how I plan on continuing my education now that I have received my Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership. While my formal education may be temporarily completed, I show what type of learning I will pursue so that I can continue to effectively lead and educate in the urban landscape.
